DESCRIPTION:Join us at 6pm on December 7 for our Annual CHRISTmas Celebration & Business Meeting! \nFellowship around the table with a meal catered by Flash BBQ: Brisket\, BBQ Chicken\, Baked Beans\, BBQ Potatoes\, Slaw\, Rolls\, Tea\, and Lemonade \nThere is no cost for this year’s dinner\, however we ask that you please sign-up in the cafe or using the form below by Sunday\, November 23 so that we will be able to let the caterer know how many we are expecting. \nWe are also doing a dessert pot-luck. If you would like to make and bring a dessert to share\, please let us know that you plan to bring something! \nThe Business Meeting portion of the evening will include a short summary of what we did in 2025\, what is to come in 2026\, and a quick “yay” or “nay” vote on the 2026 budget*. \n*The Proposed 2026 Budget is now in the cafe for review.
